Kyle Bishop is the owner and operator of Juniper Mountain Mobile, a mobile coffee trailer serving communities across Brevard County, Florida. Before entering the coffee industry, Kyle served more than nine years in the United States Navy as a K9 handler, where he developed a deep appreciation for discipline, craftsmanship, and service to others – values he now brings into his work every day.
Coming from rural Nevada, Kyle and his family relocated to Florida after his military service in 2025. It was there that he discovered Juniper Mountain Coffee. Immediately drawn to both the exceptional quality of the coffee and the people behind the brand, Kyle quickly knew he wanted to be part of sharing that experience with the community.
That inspiration led to the creation of Juniper Mountain Mobile -a fully equipped mobile coffee trailer dedicated to delivering high-quality coffee with speed, consistency, and genuine hospitality. Kyle operates the trailer alongside his wife, and occasionally with the help of their young son, who guests may sometimes spot visiting the trailer.
At Juniper Mountain Mobile, quality is the priority. From handcrafted specialty drinks and homemade syrups to professional-grade equipment -including a Slayer espresso machine – every detail is designed to ensure each cup meets the highest standard. Guided by the philosophy behind Juniper Mountain Coffee- “Coffee without compromise” – Kyle’s goal is simple: to bring exceptional coffee and a welcoming experience to communities throughout Brevard County. Kyle and his family are proud to call Brevard home and are excited to serve the community one cup at a time.
